Digital brings important benefits to the justice system and society, driving economic and social progress. More fundamentally, it is transforming the relationship between justice sector authorities and the people they serve – improving transparency, accountability, responsiveness, service accessibility, and user experience. But digital also brings challenges and poses a high risk of failure to those who undertake the transformation of a justice sector.
